What is Matcha?

Matcha is finely ground powder made from shade-grown green tea leaves, traditionally stone-milled in Japan. Unlike regular green tea, you consume the entire leaf, maximizing antioxidants, L-theanine, and flavor. Our matcha is sourced directly from Uji, Kyoto — the historic heart of Japanese tea culture.

How to Brew Matcha

  • Sift 1–2g (about 1/2–1 tsp) of matcha into a bowl.
  • Add 70–100ml of hot water (75–80°C, not boiling).
  • Whisk briskly in an “M” or “W” motion until frothy.
  • Enjoy immediately.
